I hope you and your team are keeping well.

Following the recent advice on COVID-19, we wanted to give you a quick update on the availability of our services during this time.

Our number one priority is the safety of all those we interact with and their families.

We remain open and have activated our plan for our team to work remotely from home.

You can still contact us on the office number, leave a message and we’ll call you back as quickly as we can.

You can also continue to use our existing emails and we are now using Zoom and WhatsApp for our meetings and discussion groups.

Research options

As we are now in a phase of non-essential contact and staying at home, we wanted to make sure that you were aware of the research options which are still open to you.

Face to face quantitative alternatives:

Online, telephone, and video methods can be used to recruit respondents to complete behavioural and attitudinal surveys.

Qualitative alternatives:

We are now using Zoom the online conferencing software which is a web-based conferencing platform that uses high-quality video and audio to conduct focus groups and we are continuing to use the telephone for depth interviews.

Please don’t hesitate to get in contact if you’d like any further information, help or advice.

Given the changing daily landscape of the Coronavirus pandemic – these are clearly challenging times for everyone – so take care and stay safe.

All the best
